Nicky’s on the Bay just wrapped up its second peak summer season in Bay Shore after undergoing a massive top-to-bottom expansion.

And Nicky’s will be remaining open through December.

Owner Nick Parini of Bay Shore also wants to remind people that the new, window-ringed waterfront dining room is still open and available for private parties.

Although the restaurant will be closed on Tuesdays starting next month, Parini said Nicky’s on the Bay would open for catered events seven days a week.

“We’ve done some great retirement parties,” Parini said. “Baby showers and bridal showers with Saturday and Sunday brunches work really well. There are water views from everywhere.”

The minimum for parties is about 30 people. The maximum is about 120.

Packages start at $30 per person.
