Vanessa Carlton will be making her way to downtown Bay Shore for the second time in four years for a March 9 performance at the YMCA Boulton Center for the Performing Arts.
Carlton last played in Bay Shore in 2013, 10 years after the American singer-songwriter was nominated for three Grammy awards related to her “A Thousand Miles” album.
Those 2003 nominations were for some of the biggest awards at the Grammys, including Record of the Year and Song of the Year, as well as Best Instrumental Arrangement Accompanying Vocalist(s). (Watch below)
“We are thrilled to have Vanessa Carlton return to our stage,” said Michele Rizzo, the Boulton Center’s director.
